Terms of Service for Sutable Aerial Solutions, Last Update March 1, 2026

1. Services Provided Sutable Aerial Solutions provides professional drone services, including crop health monitoring and invasive plant mapping. All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots.

2. Weather & Safety Policy Drone operations are highly dependent on weather and airspace safety. We reserve the right to reschedule operations due to high winds, precipitation, or FAA flight restrictions.

3. Access to Property By booking our services, the client warrants that they have the legal right to grant access to the property being surveyed and have notified any relevant parties.

4. Data Ownership Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the maps, reports, and imagery provided for their internal business purposes. Sutable Aerial Solutions retains the right to use non-identifying imagery for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability Sutable Aerial Solutions is not liable for agricultural outcomes or land management decisions made based on the data provided. Our reports are diagnostic tools to assist in your decision-making.
